Returns and refunds

We want you to be confident buying from Frenly Bricks. This policy works alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Change-of-mind returns

Contact us within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused, complete and in its original condition and packaging. Sealed products must remain sealed.

Return shipping is free for approved returns. No restocking fee applies. Opened, used or incomplete items, or items with damaged packaging, may not qualify for a change-of-mind return.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If an item is faulty, damaged in transit, incorrect or significantly not as described, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos where relevant. We will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement or refund. We will cover reasonable return postage where required.

This policy does not limit any rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

eBay Live purchases

Items won through eBay Live follow the marketplace's cancellation and return rules. Those rules do not limit any rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

How to request a return

Email frenlybricks.store@gmail.com with your order number, the item and the reason for the return. Please wait for return instructions before sending anything.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
