Handling Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
During busy periods or for special or bulky items, handling times may extend slightly. We always aim to dispatch as quickly as possible — often same-day when feasible.
Shipping Safety
We pack all orders with care to make sure they arrive in excellent condition.
We also offer a “Super Safe Shipping” option at checkout for collectors who want extra protection — perfect for Funko Pops, cards, or other fragile collectibles.
You can request this Protector Option at checkout or contact us after placing your order if you’d like to upgrade your packaging before dispatch.

All shipments include tracking, and customers receive tracking details by email once the order is dispatched.
