Shipping and pickup

Dispatch

Orders placed before 12PM AEST on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12PM, or on weekends or public holidays, are dispatched the next business day. Tracking is emailed when your order ships.

Australia

  • Standard shipping: A$12.95, estimated 2 to 8 business days after dispatch.
  • Express shipping: A$17.50, estimated 1 to 4 business days after dispatch.
  • Super Safe Shipping: A$15 for extra packaging protection.
  • Free standard shipping applies to orders of A$100 or more.

Local pickup

Free pickup is available from Frenly Bricks at Cnr Manchester Rd & Gooding Dr, Carrara QLD 4211. We will notify you when your order is ready. Please wait for that notification before travelling to collect it.

New Zealand

Standard shipping is A$10, or free for orders of A$100 or more. The current standard estimate is 6 to 27 business days after dispatch. Express shipping is A$25 and the available delivery estimate is shown at checkout.

Selected international destinations

We currently ship to Hong Kong SAR, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Spain, the United Kingdom and the United States.

Asia Standard is A$22 and Asia Express is A$39. Europe and North America Standard is A$48 and Express is A$60. The current Standard estimate is 6 to 27 business days after dispatch. Express estimates vary by destination and are shown at checkout where available.

If no shipping option appears for an address, we do not currently ship to that destination. Customs duties, import taxes and local fees are the customer's responsibility.

Packaging and tracking

Orders are packed for safe transit and sent with tracking. Delivery estimates are supplied by the carrier and are not guarantees. Peak periods, weather, customs and carrier delays can affect delivery.

Delivery help

If tracking has not updated, a parcel is overdue or an order arrives damaged, email frenlybricks.store@gmail.com with the order number.
