Your item is photographed and listed as a timed eBay auction. Standard auctions run 7 days and end Saturdays 4pm–7pm Gold Coast time — periodic 10-day mega auctions (500+ lots) run alongside our regular sales.

- 2WE CHECK IT IN AND AGREE THE PERCENTAGE
We inspect the item together and agree the percentage we keep from the final sale price before anything is listed — confirmed at drop-off.
- 3WE PHOTOGRAPH, LIST AND SELL IT
Our team photographs and lists your item, then sells it live on eBay Live or through a 7 or 10-day eBay auction.
- 4WE SHIP, COVER FEES AND HANDLE THE BUYER
We manage postage, cover the eBay selling fees and handle all buyer questions, messages and any issues after the sale.
- 5YOU GET PAID YOUR SHARE
Once the item sells and payment clears, you're paid your share of the final sale price. Payout timing is confirmed at drop-off.

We don't consign items as ordinary Buy It Now listings — every consigned item goes to eBay Live or a timed auction.
We don't hold stock indefinitely. If an item hasn't sold within a reasonable window, we'll talk to you about next steps rather than storing it forever.
Items need to be suitable for a live stream or timed auction — condition, category and presentation all matter.
Our team makes the final call on what we accept for consignment and which format — live or auction — suits it best.

What percentage do you keep?
The percentage is agreed with you up front, before anything is listed — confirmed when your items are checked in at our Carrara store.
Does consignment cost me anything up front?
No. You pay nothing to list. We keep an agreed percentage of the final sale price once your item sells — no hassle, nothing to pay up front.
Can I consign a fixed-price, Buy It Now item?
No. We only consign items going to eBay Live or a 7 or 10-day eBay auction — we don't run consignment as ordinary fixed-price listings.
How long will you hold my item before it sells?
We don't hold consigned stock for long periods. We'll place it in the next suitable eBay Live stream or auction and talk to you if it hasn't sold within a reasonable window.
Is my item guaranteed to be accepted?
No. Our team decides which items suit consignment and whether eBay Live or a timed auction is the better fit. We may suggest selling it to us for cash instead.
Where is my item kept while it's with you?
Consigned items are stored securely at our Carrara store until they're photographed, listed and sold.
When and how do I get paid?
You're paid your share once the item sells and payment clears. Exact payout timing and method are confirmed at drop-off.
Who covers shipping and eBay fees?
We do. We manage photography, listing, shipping and eBay's selling fees, and handle the buyer from sale through delivery.
